The Brief
Our client has the reputation of being the premier live concert venue located in Wolverhampton. Their 700 capacity venue hosts events 7 days a week and relies on Direct Mail for ticket bookings
The historic method of enclosing and addressing the vital “What’s On” brochure in house was proving to be very time consuming and in need of a “re-vamp”. The client required a solution that would not only result in a fast turn around; from press to doorstep, but also impact with an improved R.O.I.
The Solution
The client was provided with a full outsourced service. We supplied a full suite of Data Cleansing services which kept undeliverable mail to a minimum and updated customer information. We pro-actively suggested the switch from envelopes to clear polywrap. Thereby using the carrier sheet extensively as a marketing tool, with forthcoming show details prominently displayed.
The Result
The customer was very impressed with the results and bookings from their mailing. The mailing had been processed in a quarter of the time normally taken. The customer was most pleased with the sales of the shows featured on the carrier sheet. Using high quality polythene enabled the detailed and high quality print artwork of both the front off the brochure and the carrier sheet to be viewed. Our customer has since recommended us to venues within the Black country.
