Known as industry leaders, Morgana set the standards high. Our new machine was an excellent investment for us and will help us to produce high quality brochures for our clients.

The DocuMaster Pro is one of the most advanced machines of its kind. It has managed to overcome the usual problem related to finishing pre-collated sets, and it allows booklets to be made without the need to remove covers and centre spreads for pre-creasing. It is easy to programme in individual requirements and we can now create perforations and creases without putting the paper stock at risk of cracking.

Investing in our new Morgana DocuMaster Pro will allow us to keep booklet and brochure making in house, making our service more efficient than ever before. We can now produce high quality booklets and brochures using our own facilities at very competitive prices.

• Maximum cover thickness: 0.38mm (approx 350gsm)
• Minimum inside sheet paper thickness: 0.11mm (approx 80gsm)
• Maximum book thickness: 23 sheets 0.11 (approx 80gsm)

Creasing and Folding:

• Maximum sheet size: L 630mm x W 330mm
• Minimum sheet size: 210mm x 140mm
• Maximum paper thickness: 0.4mm (approx 400 gsm) including laminated material
• Maximum number of creases per sheet: 16
• Minimum paper thickness: 0.11mm (approx 80gsm)
• Maximum number programmed applications: Unlimited alpha numeric
• Maximum number of folds per sheet: 1
