HR Manager Required.

Central Mailing Services are a Birmingham based print and mail company, established 25 years ago. We currently have 3 sites within Kings Norton operating from  Birmingham. Becuase of this, we are expanding rapidly. Henceforth, we are recruiting for a HR manager.

The ideal candidate will be Birmingham based with knowledge, experience and qualifications of the latest HR laws.
Duties will include:

  • Keeping our HR documentation updated (contracts and HR literature etc)
  • Recruitment through advertising
  • Analysing CV’s
  • Interviews
  • Managing HR reviews
  • Staff development
  • Attending appraisals
  • One to one staff meetings and hearings
  • Managing attendance and holiday rotas
  • General administration to assist Dept Heads & Director’s
