Wonder Weekend!

We at Central Mailing Services would just like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all of team GB on their first class performances and to all of the Olympians that ran, jumped, sailed, served, cycled and hurdled over the finish line.

All GB’s gold medal winners have got the stamp of approval due to world-class performances, resulting in Royal Mail producing a commemorative stamp in their honour. So we would expect Royal Mail will be very busy after such an amazing weekend!

As well as producing stamps for all Team GB’s gold medal winners, Royal Mail is also honouring the Olympic champions with the ultimate accolade. They are painting some of their iconic and much loved red postboxes gold in the hometowns of those athletes representing GB’s gold medal wins during the London 2012 olympic and paralympic games.
Long may this success continue! The very best of luck to all those athletes that are still yet to compete.
