Coca-cola is a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of non-alcoholic drink concentrates and syrups. They are responsible for more than 500 brands globally.
Central Mailing Services were delighted to start working with Coca-Cola and help them despatch their latest technical bulletin.
About the Campaign
The client required an A5 16-page full-colour instruction booklet to be printed and despatched to over 12,000 sites in a very short period of time.
How did CMS help Coca-Cola?
We worked very closely with the client to ensure that their artwork was print ready and sent to print on the very same day. We created the page layout, ensuring its suitability for the print process, we also added bleed and crop marks. We then produced and sent wet proofs to ensure that all the branding was spot on, as Coca-Cola have very strict branding guidelines.
At all stages of the campaign, the client was updated and fully briefed on the job status, as the land date for the mailing was critical.
We also produced a generic A4 full-colour letter to go with the instruction booklet, which was enclosed within a non-window C5 envelope. All of the printing was completed within 24 hours, with the enclosing carried out on the same day the print was finished. The release into the mail system was to schedule and the items hit their land date.
The client was over the moon at the rapid turnaround and the high quality of the end product.
Central Mailing Services also helped the client manage all of their returns. The return management service offered allows Coca-Cola to analyse all the returned mail, the reasons for the return of the item and the suppression or updating the record.
