Central Mailing Services will always ensure you have the best postage price for your direct mail campaign. We have developed a custom postage analysis matrix which analyses the data, format, item weight, delivery speed, quantity and content to determine the best price. Every mailing we process is analysed for postage rates. We have a number of software applications to sort data for maximum postage discounts including Cygnus, GeMMA, Docket Hub, Swift Sort & Whistl Sort. The carriers we work with are all CMS approved and we work with them to continually review their performance. We are able to utilise specialist services such as Mailmark, Greenpost & Zonal sortation.
For Overseas Mail we have developed a further custom routing matrix tool called SELECTA. SELECTA follows the format of our UK postage Matrix, comparing postal rates over a range of different CMS approved carriers with the added function of dividing a single direct mail campaign into multiple sections for different carriers to deliver.
