April and May are proving to be an especially busy couple of months here at Central Mailing Services. Between onboarding a number of new clients and finalising preparations for the GDPR it’s been all systems go.
The GDPR, in particular, has been a hot topic, with both internal preparations and external client work. We are finding a number of clients are turning to direct mail to communicate updates with their customers. Direct mail is good for bypassing the overwhelming number of re-permissioning requests and last-minute GDPR updates in people’s inboxes, to land directly on desks.
Remember: If you’re looking to send GDPR communications there is still of time to submit your mailings before regulation is enforced on May 25th. The final deadline for mailing with CMS is May 22nd, 2018.
In addition to preparing for the GDPR, we have been readying ourselves for this years Customer Service Excellence (CSE) audit. Delivering top customer service is something we take real pride in, and retaining the award for another year is a priority for Central Mailing Services. We are also continuing with the collection of Trustpilot reviews, which is already proving to be of great use to the team. After 139 reviews we are rated: Excellent – 9.6/10 and have received plenty of constructive feedback. You can read our Trustpilot reviews and post your own by clicking here.
