Royal Mail Covid-19 Open for Business Incentive

Royal Mail plans to launch an incentive in direct response to Covid-19 pandemic to support brands and sectors that have been most impacted by the restrictions.

This incentive is designed to assist businesses with directly engaging with customers to provide a much-needed boost to their trading and advertising activity.

The incentive will be valid and start from 6th May 2020 and will run until 31st December 2020 with the deadline for applications ending on 11th December 2020.

Mandatory Requirements for the incentive:

  • For Mailmark Advertising Mail, Responsible/Partially Addressed Letters and Large Letters up to 250g (or an Access 1400 service if the items are unwrapped / polywrapped)
  • Postcards cannot be sent using the incentive as per the guidance.
  • Trays only – Letters and Large Letters must be submitted in trays to ensure sorting is quick and easy.
  • Post between 20,000 and 1 million items to qualify.
  • Postage credits from the incentive will be paid as a credit voucher.
